I really enjoyed my time at this budget hotel. The room was spotless and had amenities like a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave; I would love to return.

That was fine hotel set in green area, short walk to many good restaurants, monroe for work despite the choices in othre town, and Ruston La. Our queen room was spotless with extremely comfortable bed and pillows.

The location was decent, and the staff at the front desk was very helpful.
The room was not clean, the bathtub was dirty and had small hairs in the tub. The room was dated and not modern at all. The door would not close unless I put substantial force on slamming it shut. The ice machine was across the street from my room, and was not conveniently located near the room at all. I eventually had to go to the front desk and ask that they check me out of the room, and not charge me for the night since I chose to go elsewhere.
